Dr. Woeller was very extremely rude! I would suggest that if you choose to come here to see another dr. If not, go to a different clinic. She was uninformative in the plan I bought and I would believe that for the amount of money we pay we should get good customer service. I feel sorry for the staff that works there that seemed to be afraid of her.
Update: I don't see how give me 2 free b12 shots makes me feel any better about going back to a clinic where I was scolded like a child from the dr. Yes, the rest of the staff is very friendly and I appreciate you trying to resolve the issue but I plan on finishing out what I have pre paid for and finding somewhere else to go.
