This place used to be the fastest and best urgent care in the area but not today. I brought my 10 year old in for a possible ear infection and a possible sprained wrist. We waited for an hour and a half in the lobby. Then 30 minutes in the room before the "doctor" checked her out. Confirmed both ears are infected, argued with me about the prescription he was going to write us. Then we went to the x-ray room. Wrist is sprained, not broken, splint issued. Back to the room and we waited another 30 minutes for the prescription.
