Was back in last week. They nailed it. Had the Fish & Chips - it was perfect, perfect portion size (huge but not wasteful), perfect batter, perfect chips. Malt vinegar brought without asking.
We also ordered a burger. I've had their burgers before, they've always been great but this time - OMFG!!! They moved to a double patty. I was initially concerned it would be too much meat - not at all, it was perfect! All the cheese was stashed in between the patties so every bite was cheesy deliciousness. The crispy jalapeños had just enough heat. The bun was awesome.
The cherry on the top was some ridiculously good saison that was a collaboration between Nicklebrook and Saw Dust City. I couldn't get enough of it.
These guys consistently put out great food and drink. A definite must-go.
