Always had a cookie cake for my birthdays as a kid so I now do the same for my kids . They are delicious but extremely overpriced so when they mess it up it really is quite aggravating . No it's not the end of the world but when I ask for light blue and pink but get green and pink that was irritating . I can deal with the fact that it doesn't match the rest of the decor but what I can not deal with is the rude customer service that we received . The lady looked at me and said " I told you we didn't have that color" my husband and I both looked at each other and said no you did not because I would have altered the order right then . Her response " I know what I said you are wrong" . Wow . Just wow customer service at its finest . I didn't demand it to be free or discounted or any of that because I needed it for the party , but I have never had someone place blame on me for them not doing their job and explaining what they could and could not do . I will not buy another $40 cookie cake from them .
