If you're trying to explore korean food options and NOT have kbbq, this is the best spot :) The interior makes you feel like you're in older Korea, they have indoor booth and table seatings and an outdoor patio. I always end up ordering the yugaejang no matter how many times I lie to myself and look at the menu. My boyfriend ordered something new and went with the ribs :) and yes, it was topped with melted cheese. The yugaejang has a good kick to it and has enough meat and veggies inside every time. Comes in the stone bowl to keep it hot and it's bubbling when they bring it out. (Best part is every time I order it, it's consistent)The ribs had a nice sweet and spicy sauce and the meat just fell off the ribs it was a great choice. And you can never go wrong with adding cheese. There's always a variety of banchan to keep you full. The food isn't overpriced for what you get, you'll be spending on average $30 for two? Definitely would recommend this place!
