I contemplated if I should do this for a while now, because the costumer service I received was very good but the nails weren't. They looked really good at first but within a couple if days they were all lifting and one popped off. I called and the man told me to come back in. He gave me a back fill because of the lifting and replaced the one that fell off. All for no charge and he wasn't rude or rushed with it. And the nails looked amazing! But low and behold a couple days later they were lifting and falling off again. I loved that he was so willing to fix the nails and make the situation right, but the nails just wouldn't last.
