I rarely write reviews but I had to with this place. Every single time I've been here there's been an issue. Either line out the door, poor customer service or zero parking. This last visit, yesterday I was in shock at how a younger Asian man treated a couple trying to mail something. I walked in and saw the line was short (for once) I was second in line. I thought for sure this was going to be a quick trip. I was WRONG. The employee was helping them and during one transaction (they had a couple) he grabbed their card and said "i'll just do everything for you" in a very condescending tone and slid the card through the card reader. He then put the closed sign in front of them and said "I have to go to lunch" and walked off so they had to get back in line in front of me. What should have taken 10-15 minutes because of a minimal line took 45. Avoid this place if possible!
