Fairmont Princess is such a fabulous spa along with all of its amenities including the waterfall grotto, warm/cold Jacuzzi & complementary agave lemonade...... However what makes this spa go above and beyond is its Top Notch staff.... I have a special shout out and recognition for Dan -my massage therapist -who is the Man and I would go to nobody else!!!! Shout out to the best pool attendant- JP who will always make sure your drink never runs out & doing so w a smile in the over 100 degree temps.....and also the best girls/ladies attendant - Susana Ramos who keeps that place clean and always has a smile on her face no how matter how busy the traffic is in there ..... When she's there I know I'm always going to find what I need because everything will be stocked and clean and ready right. I always look forward to a great experience like I always have in the past .... Thank you and keep up the great work!!!!!!
