I have had numerous different carpet cleaning companies in the past. Some of which I have loved and others not so much. My biggest thing with cleaning my carpets is the residue that is often times left over by companies who do not thoroughly clean my carpet.
I was THRILLED when Horizon left my home. Our carpet was clean smelling and looked brand new. Not only that, but it did not have a sticky left over residue that I hate so much. THe man who serviced our home was professional and very informative on carpet care. I will definately be using horizon again!
