THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. I do not understand how they're still in business. This is the third time I've dealt with them through my insurance company. The first time, I waited for 2 extra hours than the hour and a half they estimated for me. They finally show up and the driver is rude!! Second time I waited three hours and THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AT ALL. Last night, I got a flat tire at school and waited not only the hour and a half estimated time, but another 30-40 minutes after that. The company location has literally been 11-15 minutes from me each time. Calling my insurance company today to see if I can get them to take this towing company off their list of companies. Ridiculous.
