We had a roof leak after a remodel. What a bummer. They did a localized tear down of the area near the interior water damage and couldn't see a cause. They improved on some areas that were iffy. We had to wait for a rain to see if that fixed the leak. It didn't. They came out again, without charge. They unbolted the rooftop a/c unit, siliconed the hole and the bolts. The unit is 25 feet from where the leak was. I surely didn't think that was the cause, but it sure was. Turns out, experience counts.
