I had scheduled for them to come out a fix a wobbly tolet. The appointment was for a Friday between 1 pm and 5 pm. After waiting all afternoon, nobody showed and nobody called.
Monday morning I called them to find out what was going on and the woman in the office had no clue about the missed appointment. After looking up the service call, she verified that nobody showed up and rescheduled me for that morning promising me that there would be someone here by noon.
Walter showed up at about 10 am. He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job at telling me what the problem was and what he did to fix it.
I would recommend this company despite the issues with the appointment. I'm sure that this was all a miscommunication, but they were very quick to resolve it.
