INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! I visited Dec 2016 -Jan 2017 following a Distal Bicep Repair. After a slow and not responsive experience at my Surgeon's in-house PT, I was recommended to Impact Physical Therapy by a family member. I went to a Monday Open Clinic to check it out without commitment. To my surprise, I found the Staff at Impact to be very interested in "what I wanted to get out of the experience". They listened and assessed my initial level of performance and concerns, along with my desire to get back into Obstacle Course Racing as my ultimate goal. Impact offered a package that was streamlined to fit my timetable and budget, which mixed massage, cupping and needling therapy... with a mobility & strength training. The workout program included a circuit type regimen that I eventually was able to perform during my appointment and also do at my home gym. I found to be the best part as it allowed them to instruct my form and evaluate my progress in order to adjust and increase the program. Diana (the student PTA) worked with Dr Eric Hefferon to provide a top of the line patient experience. I have rarely, if ever, witnessed such service and personal care by a company providing health and wellness type offerings. I would definitely recommend and urge you to give them a try!
