my mom came here for outpatient surgery. my family and I spent our afternoon here. This hospital is absolutely huge and it is a little confusing to find anything.. honestly. I entered though the wrong door and was searching for elevator E. I passed by C,D ect multiple times with no sign of E. Awkwardly enough, elevator E is located past the main entrance in the lobby.
While there are like 6 elevators for E, the wait time is horrendous. Good thing this isn't a hospital with emergencies............. oh wait...
literally the wait time for the elevator was like 10 minutes.. I took the elevator 4 times and each time the wait time was that length of time. What in the world.
The lobby was pretty, but everything else looked a little old and not modern at allll (think, Resident Evil)
The care my mom received was nice though and the cafeteria was affordable and not half bad.
