I moved to Las Vegas almost a year ago. The management company that was in charge at that time was disconnected from the residents. While the maintenance guy was great, the back office was horrible. They didn't do different things within our little community and the grounds were not maintained well. New management took over and made me feel like they care. They cleaned up the grounds and made it look so much better. They so started providing us with different incentives such as drawings for paying rent on time, car washes, carpet cleaning upon renewal, neighborhood gatherings, and other items. They are so nice and they remember you. You are not just another rent check to them. They also identified security issues with outsiders accessing the grounds without permission. Now we have a guard posted at the gate which is awesome. I love it here.
