What a rip off. I bought L'Core Paris Black Mamba Line Corrector. I paid what I consider a substantial price. But the tube containing the product failed to work. The tube described open and close with arrows. I tried repeatedly to open the tube. Failure. So I contacted the company via email. Upon its request, I sent a photo of my receipt and photos of the tube. The company admitted that sometimes the tube fails to open. It said it would get back to me. But after many, many, unreturned emails, the company has clearly refused to either refund my money or replace the product. There is no way to access the product if the package/tube fails. So I am out $500 for nothing. Please do not buy this product.
