If I could give this place negative stars I would. I am not kidding you, negative stars! I seriously never thought that I would give CVS minute clinic anything but five stars because we absolutely ABSOLUTELY love Sarah, who is normally the person running the minute clinic. However, yesterday was hands-down the worst experience I've had in my life with respect to customer service and over all attitude. Which says a lot because we used to go to McDonald's and everybody who goes to McDonald's knows they have the crappiest service on the planet. We experience a lot of allergy issues with our youngest, which is generally why we go to minute clinic, because getting into the normal doctor for something that happens as frequent as this does is really difficult. Now mind you be this is my child. A child I grew in my belly, a child I'm with every day, and a child that I do this with every 6 to 8 weeks so, I think I know a little bit about what's going on. However, Tracy literally said to me "I'm going to go ahead and drive the bus for a little bit". Drive on lady but when it comes to my kids MY KIDS, I'm not on your bus, you can drive whoever else's kids on your bus but when it comes to my kid I'm gonna drive the bus. you have no idea what's going on with her. So after allowing her to drive the bus, she asked my four-year-old multiple questions in a really great way, which was the only good part of this entire appointment. When she's done with this she proceeds to provide me with allergy and the human body 101 class for 22 minutes. I can tell you it was 22 minutes because after she proceeded to tell both my daughters dad and I that we were also suffering from allergies ourselves (which we're currently on allergy medication for) I started the timer on my phone. I finally gave up and got on Instagram because honestly, since I started the appointment with "we are here about every 6 to 8 weeks because she has an allergy issue" but now it's starting to affect her chest and her ears so we're going to need anabiotic's because we don't see an allergy specialist for a few more weeks. Instead of listening to the patient and in this case the patients parent, which is what i was there for, she proceeded to provide us and my four-year-old who wasn't feeling well with a class. I appreciate her knowledge, we get it lady you're smarter than we are, you went to medical school, we didn't and we know that which is why I was there to have you write me a prescription. I don't need you to seriously show me that you were able to memorize everything from your medical classes. I needed to get anabiotic so I can get my daughter back in bed, better and back to school. The overall best part of this entire 37 minute appointment was that she never actually told us that she was going to write us a prescription. I literally had to ask "so are you going to write a prescription for the anabiotic's" I asked you for. she looked at me like I was dumb and couldn't believe I would ask such a question. It took everything in me to literally not say to her "I'm sorry you didn't reveal that during your dissertation on ENT101. Honestly, I am one of those parents that loves to know what's going on so we can prevent it. I hate anabiotic's and I prefer to do things naturally, however that was why we had an appointment scheduled with a specialist. A specialist who went to college specifically to teach and heal these things. She neither had the equipment nor the ability to test in order to accurately Hands-down this will be the best location to go to if there's anyway you can verify that Sarah is there. Sarah the person we normally see when we go there! She is amazing, she's quick, efficient, asks you direct questions so you can give direct answers and doesn't pretend that she knows my child, who just got on her bus. As far as I know, not that my kids ride a bus, but does it not take a full school year to get to know the kids that ride on your bus so maybe let us co-pilot since we are the parents.
