I needed help with my resume. I knew that it needed some help delivering the right message. I was not getting the interviews I should have and was told by one manager that I needed to "Beef it up". I'm sure he didn't mean lie, but I knew that I just was not getting my stats across to people like I should. Being in sales is easy.... except when you need to sell yourself. Companies are even using "keywords" to auto sort through resumes, and if you don't have the right ones, you will get tossed out with the rest of them. I called Kent and a couple other career counselors. A couple never called back, some did and drop the ball, and some called way too late. Kent was prompt with his response time (less than 12 hours) and got the ball rolling immediately upon agreement. I was absolutely floored by my new resume. It was finally telling employers what I needed to get across to them. It was clear and concise. I would recommend this place to anyone who will listen.
