After an extremely miserable night with the AC unit clearly having failed at our home I called Dekes bright and early in the morning. I selected them based on the reviews on the Yelp website. The gentleman who answered the phone told me he was scheduled out until the next day. I asked for other recommendations in my area and he did not feel comfortable giving any. We talked about the symptoms of the problem and he thought it was a quick fix and took my information and thought he could have someone out sometime the same day.
Less than an hour later the technician was at my door made the diagnosis in moments, had the parts to make the repair and did a subsequent check to ensure there were no additional problems with the unit. Cold air was blowing in the matter of 10 minutes. All in this was a great customer experience. The technician and the gentleman on the phone were great to deal with both courteous and professional. For any future needs I may have with respect to heating or air conditioning these folks will be my first and only call.
