On September2,
I came into Thomas Harris auto body shop called
'Tee's Auto Body ' on elliot st formally on 1010 north Stephanie st.
I showed him my bumper and grill, I then asked him on a price to repair it.
He looked at it, made a few phone calls in front of me, and said out the door price of $750.
He then told me to bring in a deposit on Tuesday 9-6-2016. In the morning.
On Tuesday September 6 th I brought in $300 thinking I would give him near 50% of the bill requested. Mr. Thomas Harris told me no he needs at least $500 dollars.
As he requested I bought in $500 mr Harris said it will be finished today. When he finishes the bumper I will call you and install the bumper and grill.
430 pm on Tuesday mr. Harris said the supplier said he couldn't get it today. But he will have it first thing on Wednesday the 7th. This day i get a call to bring down the car after sending him picture of the bumper cause mr. Harris seem to not remember the notes or what the bumper looked like.
I brought down the car thinking he was ready to install the bumper and grill.
No he wanted to insult my intelligence by saying I told you to bring it an hour ago. Even those he had nothing ready for the car. There was no bumper and grill there.
Now mr. Thomas Harris says on Thursday he promises he will have my bumper and grill done.
Thursday mr. Harris at 330 pm says sorry I don't have the grill. I will try to find a grill cheaper around town.
Friday & Sat no call from Mr.Harris
Sun closed.
Monday today. I text mr. Harris twice no response yet.
I called him three times.
After the third call mr. Harris pick up the phone as soon as I said my name he then ask me who.
Which shows he does not really put concern into his customers situations. Nor does he pay attention to his customers names
He put me on hold for over 20 min.
And never got back on the phone.
