Wow! I just got off the phone with Ron. I normally wouldn't write a review until after I received services, but this time I must! After calling a handful of other flower shops in the area for my friend's upcoming wedding, I finally received some proper customer service. Ron answered my call (I didn't realize it was after their business hours) and he was more than willing to accommodate. He gave me every bit of information I needed and was so patient with all of my questions. His prices were way more reasonable than the other places I called. He even came up with some great ideas. Great customer service comes a long way and is greatly appreciated!
We are definitely going to use Bloomers Florist. I can't wait to see the finished product.
