I lived here for a year and there are definitely pros and cons. The pool is amazing! It's very quiet and very clean. Parking is in abundance, which is great. The staff was awesome and I had no issues with maintenance. Downside: No insulation. It cost $170/month to keep my 1-bedroom cool (80 degree) in the summer. I also had lots of cockroaches, despite the fact I'm a very clean person and I had it professionally sprayed. All in all, no regrets, but I wouldn't live here again.
