I was art directing a commercial for a smaller production. They had asked me to come up with a solution to create a campfire that had a controlled flame and didn't create smoke. I found country stove on yelp. I stopped by on a Saturday and explained to Matt what I was looking for. He enthusiastically helped me through every step of the way, made suggestions about the best way to accomplish what I needed and even helped me set up the propane rig I needed for my shoot. There were 2 other men there helping as well, I believe they worked the warehouse but they also helped assemble the pieces and load everything into my car. They gave me tips on how to care for the propane tanks, the do's and do nots. Everyone was incredibly helpful and they saved me from a world of stress. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs beautiful additions in stoves, fireplaces/pits and grills to their home and I would say you will get the best in customer service you've ever received.
