This is our pick for best coffee in TO. They don't serve brewed coffee, just espresso, but it is consistent and good. It is also cheaper than Starbucks. I also think (but could be wrong) they started the whole latte art thing in Toronto; where they pour the foam in such a way that it makes a picture of something. We aren't walking distance, but for a while our Sunday morning routine would be to drive to Bonjour Brioche for a take-out croissant and then to Bulldog for a coffee and then onward to wherever.
