*updated 11/18/2013* My husband and I decided to give Zen a second try for another couples' massage. The management was very kind to get in touch with us after our previous experience and I am so glad we decided to go back. This was hands down the best massage I have ever had and left me feeling relaxed. The massage therapist used just the right amount of pressure and I love the heated tables. I'm really glad we decided to give Zen a second try as it will definitely be our go-to for massages from now on. 8/17/2013 Just finished a hot stone couple's massage. The massage itself was very good - my husband says its the best he's ever had. I think I would agree if as mich time had been spent on my back (the area I requested) as on my front. We were feeling pretty relaxed until we looked up at the clock after and realized we'd walked in the door of the therapy room just 40 minutes before. When we mentioned this at the front desk, they did take off a portion of the charge no questions asked which was appreciated, however I can't help feeling totally cheated. I'd definitely think twice before going back.
