Wow , you people are obsessed with age. Not sure what that has to do with anything.
A member of our party asked the driver to stop the bus so he could pee several times. The driver refused. He finally relieved himself through the fly in his suit pants in a corner of the bus (with his back to everyone) into a garbage bag. No one was ever "butt-naked". He was as discreet as possible under the circumstances. We even tied up the bag and removed it ourselves when we did make a rest stop much later. No damage at all was done to the bus. Not sure what else you expected him to do. Strangely, the moment the driver realized what was happening, he WAS able to pull over. And the driver, "John" was rude and disrespectful even before that, as other reviews on this site have pointed out.
