Damn, is their beer good! I think it really stands out among local brews. They've only been open 8 months or so and are already canning & selling 2 brews- Outbock IPA & 9th Island Pineapple Sour, in stores. You can also buy 32 ounce crowler cans or 64 ounce growlers at the brewery. And what a great variety of brews they have! You can pick your own sampler or indulge in a pint of Love Triangle (red ale), HopAtomic (double IPA), a special pepper infused (varies weekly) or Sour Puss (sour kettle ale), among others. Hanging out on the patio adjacent to Water Street is a good time! Hanging out at the bar with the friendly employees is too! They don't have a kitchen but do sell pretzels, and also welcome you to bring your own grub. Food trucks sometimes park in front of the brewery. It's a family affair, and the staff is always in good spirits (see what I did there)! They are happy to explain the different brews and may even give tours if time allows (I enjoyed it!) Here's an interesting nugget- they produce 5 Sin City brews! These include a stout, amber and an IPA, and are available at the brewery as well. They're closed Mondays, and close early at 8 on Sundays. But, you can get your drink on early starting at noon every day they're open! Cheers!
