I used to love going here, but they've diverged from the Biltmore's policy of being dog friendly and don't allow dogs anymore. They've lost my business. If people are bringing poorly behaved dogs into your store, ask them to leave on an as-needed basis. But to penalize all dog owners in an otherwise dog-friendly mall is bad business.
