I think this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. This one in articular seems like it's still under construction since the second floor doesn't have the wallpaper up yet, but the ground floor is stunning. The rooms are also finished and that's what really matters anyway. I beds are incredibly soft and the bathroom water pressure is fantastic.
I love the gym here too, it's small, but it has everything you'd need to keep in shape while on vacation.
I've had no problems with the front desk, they're always readily available and help me out with everything I need.
Oh, and in case you forget to pack it, they do have complimentary toothbrushes at the front desk!
Only down side is that they don't have complimentary breakfast, but with the many food choices in Cleveland, it's not a big deal. Also, most hotels have crap for their continental breakfasts anyway so not even a big deal.
