The service here is impeccable. I did not catch her name, but there is a woman who manages the front desk and she is absolutely wonderful. Friendly, patient, and efficient. It was strange not to be greeted immediately upon entrance, in my opinion, but her attitude completely made up for that and my visit.
The location is actually quite poor. It is nestled behind the main archway of the entrance, tucked away in a corner. I suggest parking at the front if possible, and walking up towards the pavilion. It should be in the right corner, beneath the entrance of the accumulated buildings. The furniture inside is also very poor and dated. It took only about a fifteen minute wait to have the service done, which took less than five minutes. However, there were people standing around in the lobby (I arrived around ~2:00PM so it may have been a busier time) which is not suitable.
