Unlike your neighborhood Applebee's, Arrogant Butcher feels like a cool hangout spot It's caddy corner to US Airways stadium, go Suns! Huge patio, great for kickin back. The decor is really amusing with lots of hidden treasures, like hoop skirts turned into lamps.
