The only reason it gets one star is because I have to give it for my review. Yelp should give us the option of negative stars! I am unhappy with these guys. I am unable to attend their classes due to serious medical condition. I got the required documentation from my doctor to cancel membership. Despite the fact that I paid 150$ for a month I couldn't attend classes & missed one class of their introductory special, they took out an additional 47$. When I questioned them about this charge. The response was it isn't a "new" charge that they had "processor problems" with the down payments. When cancelling my contract for my medical condition, I was never notified of the fact that they had "processor problems". So the charge came as a total surprise and not a good one either. Never once did they reach out to their customers and let them know of this "known" issue. I find this to be bad business. If a mistake like this happens the company should show integrity and honesty and say we had issues. This was not the case here. I cannot stand behind a company that does business this way!
