I needed to replace my original door due to a back brace tear that caused the front of the door to shred. I purchased my new door from Home Depot and they subcontracted the install with Cactus. At first, after reading all the negative reviews I was hesitant to deal with them, but I didn't have much choice. In all honesty, I had a pleasant experience, the installer (Tony) was quick to remove and to install the door and kept my garage clean by picking up cardboard, styrofoam and plastic debris. He also knew more about the door then the HD sales associate. After the install he gave me the 411 on the spring, roller, hinge maintenance and some other tips. I would definately give them a call if I need any other work done on my garage door.
