Warning! Warning! Warning! Do not go to Auto Sound Security. I took my Kia Sorrento there to have a power invert-er installed; so I could charge my laptop while on the road. I am new to the area; and just picked Auto Sound Security because it was the closest. BIG MISTAKE The install time was estimated to be 2 hours; so I waited in the store. I watched customer after customer come in complaining about work done by Auto Sound Security that was bad. A couple of the customers were told to take their vehicle to the dealer for their problems. We all know how expensive dealer work is these days. I truly did not see one customer that was not complaining. NOT ONE. The staff: the manger was polite; although, the rest of the staff was HORRIBLE. Finally, when my Kia was done 45 minutes late; I paid and left for home. To my surprise; when I turned on my factory CD system for music, it was no longer working. It will not play any of the 6 CD's in the deck. I have never had one problem with the CD player since I bought the SUV. So now; after spending $220 in labor to install the inverter, I now have a $1,200 factory head unit that needs replaced. I am seriously considering filing a law suit on those clowns! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM; YOU WILL BE SORRY!
