Currently waiting on my food and I'm writing my review while in the shop because that's how bad the customer service was. Amazing food, my favorite sub shop, but the girl at the register needs a customer service lesson. I said please and thank you, was very kind, and she just looked blankly at me and said nothing. I'm in both customer service and the service industry and I'm appalled. She made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, and that's not cool if you're gonna be dealing with the public. You don't have to kiss my ass, but at least be nice and polite?
