Have been getting all my family glasses for the last ten years+ here. Service is good with most of the staff and are very attentive. As soon as you sit down, they enquire with what type of glasses, frame design, weight, lenses, brands, etc you are looking for. They will continuously bring an assortment for you to try on until you are satisfied.
My only tip is to advise them of your budget so that they know from the get-go what you are willing to pay.
If they don't have the frame in stock, they can order it and usually takes about a week.
They are pretty busy on the weekends so if you want to avoid the crowd, then go on a weekday.
