Never again. This was our second time trying this place. (We were optimistic because we live so close) Service surpassed horrible to laughable. We had 3 different people try to take our drink order, and then once we received our waters, we waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our food order. (The restaurant was only about half full) We waited another 25 minutes for our food and a server came to drop off the check. Once she noticed our puzzled look, she asked if we had eaten yet. (Which she should have noticed since our silverware were clean and had no dirty plates, napkins, etc) When I replied "no, we haven't gotten our food", she asked "really??", and walked away. We waited about another 10 minutes and we received our food. My husband had $9 pancakes and I had a $10 egg white omelet. Both were very bland. I asked the same server for a water refill and she said "ok" and never came back, so I proceeded to get my own. I have no idea how this establishment won a "Best of Vegas" award.
