I am beyond dissatisfied with the level of service I received from this place today. I called multiple times and was hung up on even after I asked what I was looking for. I wasn't able to get the initial persons name so by the third time I called I asked to speak with a manager. The GM Tasha placed me on hold for about 10 minutes. When she came back I asked if they were busy because I was hung up on multiple times when speaking with a representative. The GM Tasha literally just said "yeah we're busy" and didn't even acknowledge my concern. I advised to her that this level of service was unacceptable and she literally ignored me. I will never do business here again, I don't know if they thought I was joking by calling in because I'm a male but I was calling in for my wife and told this to the GM. Her customer service was terrible as well as her crew members that hung up on me. They need to be re trained or let go because service like that brings a bad rep to a big name company.
