I gotta start by saying that we lived here in 2013 and never had any issues, maybe because we lived upstairs. That is not the case anymore. We moved back here in Oct 2014, but on a ground floor since we have little ones and is easier. They started giving us a hard time about storing stuff under the stairs, because they were gonna have an inspection, and all we had was a grill and a push car for my child, and they told us to move them on the patio, so we did. Two months later another inspection is coming up an once again they are giving us a hard time, but now is regarding the stuff on our patio, where we have the same grill and push car, plus our patio furniture and now we added a little slide for our little one to play on and her stroller. I think this is ridiculous considering that I have seen other apartments with grills on the front porch, treadmills stored on patios, laundry drying racks, etc. We also have friends that live on an upper level apartment and they have plenty of storage containers stacked up, but they never had issues, because nobody can see up there, and I think this is very unfair. I have also seen people storing their bikes in their living room, because they couldn't put them on the patio. Is getting very frustrating and I am starting to dislike this place.
