I love Starbucks and have spent a lot of money with this company over the past 20 years ..... this location has bone heads running it ..... not my usual location but I'm staying with friends for a few weeks so I'm in the area .... and everyday the staff and managers have harassed me about my tiny little service dog barking ..... like we are going to have to ask you to leave as I'm waiting for my coffee .... than was told they would bring it to me outside .... I'm just like no .... it's a 4 pound dog .... dogs bark ... babies cry .... that's life .... u can't ban someone or ask to wait out side .... like no calm down .... so I did not wait outside and won't be coming back
It's principle iv had my dogs in other Starbucks sometimes they bark sometimes they don't buy it's never a big deal .... this Starbucks staff tried to make me feel bad and instead lost my business
