I went for an appointment at Dr Anderson's old location for a cleaning thinking that I was going to see Dr Anderson. I even received a fake letter stating that it was from Dr. Anderson to remind me of my cleaning appointment with her. I arrived to find people who I have never seen before start attacking me and telling me horrible things about Dr Anderson. I then sat in the hygiene chair with Polli and was appalled to find that she was chiming in on the horrible comments about Dr Anderson. Years ago when I was in the most pain I could ever be, Dr Anderson came into her office on a Sunday to see just me and got me out of pain immediately. The fact that a professional person or anyone in todays world could care that much is almost unheard of. I could not stand to hear anymore garbage so I got up in the middle of my cleaning appointment and left. I did not even want to meet this new dentist, Dr Adriatick Rama. Anyone who tries to establish a client base and business on such horrible comments about another human being, whom I know to be nothing but professional, well-trained and caring is not someone that I would ever be interested in entrusting mine and my family's health. I also got word that this new Dentist is all about corporate dentistry. Thankfully, I received a mailer indicating that Dr Anderson's new location was in the same office complex and made an appointment there. I love the new location and the new staff. Chris the hygienist is now probably my favorite hygienist of all time. It is refreshing to know that I am in a quality office who genuinely cares once again, one in which the dentist maintains professionalism without badmouthing others to drum up business. I know I am in the best hands I could ever be in with Dr Anderson and her excellent team and am so happy I have found her again.
