The airport is fine, although a little confusing. However, the employees I have encountered were so rude and unhelpful. They acted like you were bothering them. The two TSA "agents" who were checking tickets yelled at a guy because he couldn't get his ticket to scan. "I told you to hold on to your phone!" After we got through we went to put our items in the buckets to be checked. One of the tsa ladies comes over and yells at everyone to "make a line over there." Okay? Where? Everyone was confused because she didn't make it clear where she wanted us to stand. So she yells. "Fine! Ya'll do what you want, since ya'll don't wanna listen! I'm done!!" Then storms off. All of us in line just looked at each other in disbelief. I understand it's probably stressful dealing with that many people a day, but that is what you signed up for when you took the job.
