The idea of the shop is great. Send in photos from your mobile device and they'll print them for you. There is even an offer for your first print for free! They are printed on a heavier stock, basically on the back of a thicker board. You email them and go into the store to pick them up. Except they don't print them until you are in the store (understandably because otherwise there would probably be a lot of unnecessary printing). But it took a bit of time for ours to get printed and the staff acted like we were putting them off by making the request. One of our ordered prints was clear when sent but grainy on the print out. They willingly printed another for us for free as a replacement, but it increased our wait time. The store itself was pretty interesting. There was a variety of frames to hang the smaller prints in and there were also ones that you could clip pictures on to. I was also impressed with the number of canvas and other print options at fairly affordable prices. If we weren't flying home, we may have purchased some. Overall, a great concept with some interesting products, but customer service could be improved.
