I went to this store at the beginning of January and was guaranteed by JUAN that I would have unlimited talk, text and data and that my first bill wouldn't be until the end of February. I thought great! I can pay off my last Verizon bill and be on schedule for my 1st T-mobile bill next month. (This works perfect with my budget.) A week and a half later, I get a text telling me my bill is now due. I went back to the same store and spoke to the manager Ian. He said T-mobile bills at the beginning of the cycle not at the end like the other companies do. Why wasn't I told this when I spoke to Juan? Then the Manager offers to push my January bill into February. How does that help my budget? So now I have to pay double in February? If I had known this, I would have never switched. ********UPDATE******** Jennifer, who is a manager at this store contacted me today (1/23) about my incident. She apologized and was able to credit my first bill. She was so kind to explain the misunderstanding with Juan and cleared up everything. This is a game changer as I was going to go back to VZ this week. She resolved the problem even following up with a phone call. Very professional and kudos to this Manager!
