Injeolmi & Green Tea Bing Soo
Taste of Injeolmi - sweet and delicious. Great for a summer day. Amount of topiings is inconsistent with prior visit but taste did not change. 2nd visit. Too much condensed milk and not enough roasted soy bean powder
Green Tea with red bean - Also sweet and delicious. The is a scoop of ice cream on top of the shaved ice which when left alone for too long will melt and mix.
Portion size was good.
Staff/Service Rating - 3.5 / 5
Staff was friendly, but the store was not adequately staffed to take orders and prepare food at the same time. So ice was left out on counter between serving customers which surprisingly did not result in a melted product but did melt faster while eating than the last time.
Environment Rating - 2.5 / 5
Small storefront with a messy kitchen counter when busy. Their preparation placemat to catch crumbs was a newspaper. But good thing that you can see exactly what is on the counter so you know how and what they are preparing.

Price after tax - $12.00 for two regular. Great pricing given quantity of dessert.
