I was recently asked about my least favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh. There's a solid chance this one takes the prize. Hokkaido cannot be considered buffet if it limits the amount of crab legs I can consume. The oysters were putrid and I don't know how I mustered the courage to overcome my instincts. I wish that same visceral courage could've overcome the food poisoning that ensued. Hokkaido is considered one of the worst buffet chains where I'm from and have always avoided it. Unfortunately, now that I'm here, sometimes I get stupid and desperate and end up at places like this. Just keep driving, go to Costco, and make your own seafood. This place is simply not worth it.
