If I could give negative stars... I would! I went into the store to change my plan. They said they had a plan (EDGE) where I would get 2 GB per month with a new phone and a discount and the total would be $85. That sounded great - That's where the good part ends... - The trading in of the phone and transferring to my new phone and the changing of the plan took nearly 2 hours... and the backup from my iCloud still wasn't done - the guy didn't know how to do it! - A month later I get my verizon bill and I was signed up for a completely different plan, they signed me up for insurance when I said no and there was a second month added on that I had to pay for! - NOT OK TO SIGN SOMEONE UP FOR WHAT THEY DIDN'T WANT! This has caused such a headache! I have contacted Verizon Wireless Customer Service Twice and apparently the guys at the store offered me a plan cost that was never available! And now Verizon Wireless Corporate will not honor what I was sold. I'm pretty sure Verizon just lost an 18 year customer because of sales reps who either do not know what they're doing or are dishonest. My advice - try another location.
