Lids as a company gets a 5 star, the Arizona Mills location only a 2 star. My husband has a Lids account and buys items from their website at least once or twice a month. He's mentioned that he has had issues when he purchases items online to be picked up at this particular location. This issue has happened at least twice in the past two months. Sometimes he'll have two orders that he needs to pick up. The employee will go into the back room and grab order A but not B. He will ask them to check the back room for order B and they will go and return shortly, saying that the order is not there. Then he'll return home and double check his email which states that they are AT THE STORE. So he calls and guess what, they magically find it. Now, I don't know if this is a lazy employee problem or maybe my husband needs to start calling before he picks up his items, but this issue is ridiculous. We shouldn't have to fight the crowds at Arizona Mills TWICE because of a silly issue. If you order items online to be picked up in the store, use Chandler or Tempe Marketplace instead.
