If anyone has posted a positive review of this business they are outright lying and must be affiliated with this company. My husband purchased $500 worth of assorted meat from some guy who popped into our place business and hoodwinked him into buying what he was told was "prime beef" and other assorted proteins. I am aware of these scams but unfortunately I was not in the office to alert my husband and stop him. The most ALARMING thing about this whole deal was that the packages leak when thawed. That means they are not vacuum sealed properly. That is a huge safety/health concern for me because you have no idea how they were stored and handled prior to freezing. We've thawed the chicken and some steaks and both leaked. The chicken cooks up mushy and the steaks when thawed turned gray and appear to be water logged because they shrink to half the thickness. Cooked they are tough and are barely edible if you don't mind chewing gristle. They were in no way Prime and I doubt that they were even Choice. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are scammers and thieves. Next I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
