Stayed here for one night on a business trip. The hotel itself is desperate for renovation. The lobby is poorly designed and unwelcoming. Check in was fast. My room was in the north tower on the 5th floor. It had a mild odor. On the good side: The room is spacious. The room itself is not very sound proofed, so you could pretty much hear the street noise as if the windows were open. The bathroom is very weirdly arranged. The vanity water was scalding hot and couldn't get it to cool. The worst part of my stay is that on my checkout day I wanted to shower but no water came out at all. I didn't want to bother and go through the hassle of calling anyone because I had to leave and catch an early flight. I did bring it to the attention of the receptionist at checkout but all she said was oh no and laughed about it. I would never stay here again, I recommend you don't either. The area is beautiful but there are many other better hotels.
